Does your jewellery tarnish or fade?
No or items should not tarnish or fade:
If an item is Sterling Silver it is 925 grade and will keep its shine even if exposed to the air, water and some wear and tear
If an item is Stainles Steel it is made from 316 or 316L grade. In its silver form it has not been coloured and its natural silver shine will remain untarnished
If a Stainless Steel item is Gold, Black or any other colour it has been IP plated using a PVD process to bond that colour to the base metal and should not tarnish or discolour
As with all our items in general we recommend regular cleaning, storage when not using it and not exposing it to harsh chemicals and mechanical wear and tear (sharp and rough surfaces)

Will the jewellery make my skin go green?
No this should not happen, whether an item is Sterling Silver or Stainless Steel the base materials are of the highest grade and not made from a cheap alloy that could rub off and discolour your skin.
What happens if my jewellery comes into contact with water?
This should not be a problem, the metal should not lose its colour or shine if exposed to water. We do advise caution when water has harsh chemicals in it.
What about the pieces made from plastic, beads, rubber etc?
We are very transparent when it comes to these pieces and describe the material in the material description section. These pieces are all less susceptible to tarnish and discolouring especially if they lack any metal elements. The rubbers, beads and PU leather pieces are very scratch resistant, provided they are not exposed to harsh mechanical wear and tear (sharp and rough surfaces) should last very long.
